Pool & HotTub: please observe all rules for your safety. Please shower ahead of enjoying the pool and hot tub.
Side Outdoor Area: Large play structure on playground rubber mulch; enclosed sandbox to play in, relaxing daybed, toddler picnic table, and cushioned seats
Wraparound Deck: Enjoy your morning coffee or late evening time outdoors under the stars! 5 bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the deck for easy access to enjoy!
INDOOR LIVING: the indoor space has been totally reimagined and updated for luxury living; 5 King Bedrooms with all new luxurious bedding ideal for families, a double Queen room and bunk bed room, and Game room (Queen sleeper sofa), new dining table, ceiling fans throughout, new fireplace in main entertainment space, new sofas. Make yourself at home and enjoy!
GAME ROOM: 1000 sq foot of fun filled family time. New bar with full refrigerator to avoid walking back and forth to kitchen for your favorite drink, Giant projector screen for movie night equipped with a popcorn machine, complimentary starter popcorn, pool table, poker table, karaoke machine, piano, and full bathroom.
GOURMET KITCHEN: Fully equipped large kitchen, island w/ seating, coffee bar, complimentary K-Cups, toaster, dish-ware/flatware
GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heating & air conditioning, washer & dryer, linens, towels, complimentary starter toiletries, hairdryer, keyless entry
Note: This is a mountain home and fast internet is available via Starlink. Generally very reliable but service is not 100% gauranteed.
AT&T and Verizon Strong signals. Have not tested other service providers.
SUITABILITY: a few steps required for access, a few bedrooms can be accessed with no steps, ring doorbell + 3 exterior security cameras (perimeter only)
PARKING: No garage parking but plenty of parking on the grounds. Large vehicles with trailers can also park on the grounds (~ 5 acres)
The home is yours to enjoy except a few closets locked as supply closets. We also have a garden shed and well pump shed that is locked and off limits for guests.
Please note the hot tub and pool is serviced on wednesdays.

Coarsegold CA is 40 minutes outside of Fresno, CA or Madera, CA. A convenient location for folks to stay and take day trips to Yosemite Valley, Bass Lake or check out the towns (Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Mariposa).
Black Oak Manor is right off highway 41 so getting around is convenient. The Villa is less than 1 mile away from Chukchansi Casino which is the cheapest gas station around (cheaper than the Costco in Fresno, CA). Head over to Oakhurst where there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores. For convenience items, there is Dollar General and gas station less than a 1 mile from the house (propane, ice, beverages)
HVAC control in living room and Game room (separate systems…Game room remote requires line of sight meaning you have to set your settings on the remote and point remote at unit which is mounted above the full bathroom)
